EDDIE STRADA & JOE TOTH LEAD POINT STANDINGS HEADING INTO FINAL 3 WEEKS
BECHTELSVILLE, PA. – Grandview Speedway will complete a busy month of August racing schedule with a three-division program of action this Saturday night.
This weekend Grandview Speedway will present another NASCAR Local Racing Series Powered by O’Reilly Auto Parts program featuring the T.P. Trailers & Truck Equipment NASCAR Modifieds & Sportsman along with the second appearance of the Keystone Sport Compact Series Four Cylinders.
The show on Saturday, August 29 will be presented by A.D. Moyer Lumber Company, and will include qualifying events leading up to a 30-lap T.P. Trailers & Truck Equipment Modified feature, a 25-lap feature for the T.P. Trailers & Truck Equipment Sportsman, as well a 25-lap main event for the Keystone Sport Compact Four Cylinders.
Pit gates will open at 4 pm, with grandstand gates opening at 5:30 pm, warm-ups starting at 6:15 pm, and the first race of the evening getting the green flag at 7:30 pm.
Adult grandstand admission is $20, students 10-15 with ID are $10, while children ages 9 and under are admitted free of charge. Pit admission is $35 for NASCAR members and $45 for non-members.

Brett Kressley continued his recent winning ways this past Saturday night, capturing his third win in the last four races for the T.P. Trailers & Truck Equipment NASCAR Modifieds, and continues his climb up the point standings ladder, now sitting in eighth position.
Point leader Eddie Strada maintained the number one position in points after scoring a twelfth place feature run on Saturday night, with Jeff Strunk scoring a ninth place feature finish to remain second in the standings, while Logan Watt scored a hard fought third place feature run to remain third in the current point standings.
Anthony Perrego will hold down the fourth spot in points following a stellar run from twenty-sixth starting spot to a fine tenth place finish, while Rick Laubach had a solid outing scoring a fourth place feature run to hold down fifth spot in the current point standings with just three point races remaining.

The T.P. Trailers & Truck Equipment NASCAR Sportsman saw Matthew Laubach pick up his first career victory on Saturday night, becoming the twelfth different winner in the division, and the sixth driver to score a career first victory this season.
Joe Toth remains in the top spot in the current standings after racing from nineteenth starting spot to eighth at the finish in Saturday night’s feature, while Colin Cox remains second in points after scoring a twelfth place feature run.
Addison Meitzler closed the gap a little on the top two drivers with a strong feature run from fourteenth to fifth at the checkered flag to hold down third in points, with Teague Miller scoring a seventh place feature run and now sits fourth in points, while Jesse Landis just missed a top ten run, but remains in position five in the current point standings with three point races remaining.

The final month of racing action at Grandview Speedway, and the final weeks of point racing in the chase for the point titles, will begin on Saturday, September 5, with a double program of T.P. Trailers & Truck Equipment Modifieds & Sportsman, with an earlier start time of 7 pm.
